God Is GREAT!

Everyone. God is just amazing. In my last two posts, I asked all of you to pray for my best friend. Well, yesterday, about 2ish, they found out what it was!! Finally! He has spinal meningitis. He finally came out of the coma last night, and I'm just so happy(: He's not over it yet, he has to take antibiotics, but he's on his way. When I finally heard what he had, I was a bit worried (Just a little), but then I found out it's not the contagious kind, it was bacterial, and I'm just so happy! I really wanna talk to him, tease him a little, and then just hug him. Gah. I miss him.

The stupid part? They tried telling his parents he was a druggie. Gah. They ran drug tests that came up clean and STILL tried to tell them he had some kind of drugs in him, and were waiting for him to wake up so they could ask him about it! I was just like".....Seriously?! You're doctors! Go find something positive instead of guessing! Gosh!"  When they finally did the spinal tap, I think everyone held their breath. I know I did. I had my fingers, toes, and eyes crossed.

And. This sickness? If they don't catch it early, it can lead to deafness and many others!

I'm just so glad this is almost over. I was so worried Monday, I didn't realize that I didn't eat anything for 24 hours straight. I neglected a lot of stuff. But I plan on working extra hard these next couple of days. I really wanna go see him. Badly. I'm trying to convince my mom to take me up there, although it's a two hour drive. So. I'm going to do everything I can around here.

God is amazing guys. My best friend quit breathing on his own, and now he's awake, up, walking around,and breathing on his own.
